Required products :

50 milliliters of lemon juice
6 tablespoons sugar
250 milliliters of milk
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
30 grams of flour
2 egg yolks
3 egg whites
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees, grease the appropriate molds with oil.

In a large bowl, mix 2 teaspoons of sugar with the flour, butter, lemon zest and juice. Stir until creamy.

In a separate bowl, combine the yolks with the milk, then combine the two mixtures and leave for a moment.

Beat the egg whites separately with 4 tablespoons of sugar until they form "peaks". Slowly add them to the mixture you prepared earlier.

Distribute it in the prepared forms and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.

Remove the souffle, let it cool a bit, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
