Necessary products
For the dough :
500 grams of flour
5 eggs
1 liter of milk
300 milliliters of vegetable fat
pinch of salt
frying oil
For the syrup :
1.5 kg of sugar
1.2 liters of water
2 lemons
Preparation :
Bring the milk to a boil with a little sugar, a pinch of salt and oil. When the mixture boils, start gradually adding the flour, stirring constantly until the dough begins to separate from the walls of the bowl. Let cool and then add the eggs. Leave the mixture for an hour, then use a pastry syringe to form puffs. Fry them in hot oil.
Make a syrup from the water, sugar and juice of both lemons. When it cools down, dip the finished tubs in it.
Remove to a plate and serve with a slice of lemon.
