Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of boiled lentils
  • 200 grams of boiled quinoa
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3-4 dried tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon dried fried onions
  • 3-4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • salt, pepper and cumin
  • olive oil for frying

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put tomatoes in water to swell. Wash, finely chop onions, peppers, drained and dried tomatoes and grate carrots. Fry them in a little hot olive oil and strain.

Mix the lentils and quinoa in a bowl, add the chilled vegetables and season with salt, pepper, cumin to taste. Add the fried onions and breadcrumbs.

Stir until a homogeneous mass, divide into portions, form meatballs and fry in hot fat. Drain them on kitchen paper and serve warm with a garnish of your choice.
