Learn how to cook "Lentil meatballs with mushrooms and garlic". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
100 grams of red lentils
2 tablespoons flour
2 onions
3 cloves garlic
a few green onion feathers
150 grams of mushrooms
1 tablespoon chili sauce (or 1 teaspoon chili sauce)
oil
3 teaspoons water
Method of preparation :
Cut onions and garlic, fry them until golden in oil. Add the mushrooms and the chili sauce dissolved in a glass of water. Then pour the lentils (pre-washed). Mix everything, add salt and pepper to taste and close the jar with a lid.
During cooking, pour the remaining water, the important thing is it will be absorbed by the lentils. Leave for about 10 minutes on the stove. Then add the chopped green onions and flour to thicken the consistency and stir. From the resulting "minced meat" form meatballs and fry them in oil on both sides.
Serve with soy cream or lean mayonnaise.
