Required products :
1/2 teaspoon red lentils
1 carrot
2 tablespoons peas
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1.5 liters chicken broth
1 onion
1 teaspoon chickpeas (cooked or canned) )
2 tablespoons chopped green beans
10 cherry tomatoes
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Method of preparation :
Peel a carrot and onion, cut them into cubes and fry for a few minutes in a little
hot oil, add the red pepper, cumin and black pepper.
Blanch the tomatoes and add them to the other vegetables, add the finely chopped garlic, fry for a few minutes until the tomatoes are soft.
Pour the chicken broth into a separate bowl. When it boils, pour in the vegetables, lentils, bay leaves and let everything boil for about 10 minutes.
Next is the cooked chickpeas.
Take a few of the soup and mash, then return to the pan.
Add salt to taste, add peas and green beans and let the soup boil for a few more minutes (until all products are ready).
