Required products :

for the dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

for the salad:

  • 1 lettuce, finely chopped
  • 200 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon chopped peppers (red, yellow or orange)
  • 1 cup diced watermelon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 teaspoons mint leaves
  • 15 pitted olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese (or plain cow's cheese)

Method of preparation :

Prepare the dressing in a small bowl and mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Put all the vegetables in a large bowl and season. Finally, pour the dressing, sprinkle with olives and feta cheese. Serve as soon as possible after cooking.
