How To Cook Lollipops With Sugar Syrup And Strawberries - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Lollipops with sugar syrup and strawberries". Delicious recipe.

Do you like lollipops? Yes, they may not be the most useful thing in the world, but they are very tasty and sometimes it doesn't hurt to indulge in a little pleasure. And these lollipops are not only delicious, but also very beautiful and spectacular.

Required products :

  • 1/2 teaspoon water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 20-30 dried strawberries
  • 1 packet of sugar pearls (sugar decoration)

Method of preparation :

Prepare forms for lollipops by lightly smearing them with cooking spray.

Put one lollipop stick in each mold.

Combine the water and sugar, add the corn syrup and heat in a saucepan until the crystals melt and the consistency is clear.

When it boils, measure with a pastry thermometer. Once it reaches 290 degrees, remove from the heat and wait for the syrup to stop forming bubbles.

Add the vanilla.

Distribute the sweet liquid in the tins and quickly put a few pieces of dried strawberry, pressing lightly to sink (use a skewer so as not to burn).

Allow the lollipops to harden and cool to room temperature.

When they are ready, carefully separate them from the mold. You can wrap them in different colored sheets, cellophane or store them in a box.
