Required products :

  • 200 grams of almonds or hazelnuts
  • 200 grams of pumpkin seeds
  • 100 grams of flaxseed
  • 100 grams of sesame seeds
  • 120 grams of sunflower seeds
  • 50 grams of pecans or walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seeds, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cup olive or coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 150 degrees.

Mix all the nuts and seeds together with the spices in a bowl.

Mix the eggs with the fat and vinegar, then pour over the nuts.

Grease a loaf of bread (cake), then place a sheet of paper. Pour the "dough" and bake for 1 hour.

Cool completely in the oven with the oven door open, then cut and serve.

You can store the bread for up to a week in the refrigerator, as well as freeze it in envelopes (it is best to cut it first, then freeze it).
