Required products :

  • 50 grams of ham, chopped
  • 30 grams of mozzarella cheese
  • 125 grams of yogurt (yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon blueberry jam (honey or maple syrup)
  • 30 grams of raspberries
  • 30 grams of strawberries, chopped
  • 30 grams of blueberries
