Required products :
1 large lemon
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion (salad)
chili pepper to taste
1 teaspoon capers
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1 clove
3 grains of allspice
1/2 teaspoon salt
30 milliliters of olive oil
Method of preparation :
Wash the lemon well and cut it into circles, from which remove the seeds, if possible.
Cut the garlic into slices and the onion into semicircles.
In a suitable deep bowl, crush the coriander, allspice and cloves together with the salt.
Sprinkle this mixture on the citrus pieces, which you put in a jar, mixing them with the chopped onion, capers and garlic.
When the lemons soften with the salt, pour in the olive oil.
You can consume the next day.
Store in the refrigerator.
