Required products :

  • 4 kg of peppers (cambi)
  • 5 hot red peppers (about 5 - 7 cm long)
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons acetic acid (70%) / vinegar
  • 1 liter of water
  • 3-4 bunches of dill
  • 500 milliliters of oil
  • 4 - 5 medium heads of garlic

Method of preparation :

Peel the garlic cloves, wash the dill, remove only the tails from the hot peppers (leave the seeds) and grind these products together. Pour the resulting mixture into a liter of water, add sugar and oil, bring to a boil.

Clean the combs from the seeds and cut them into random pieces (to make them convenient to eat).

When the marinade boils, add the vinegar and pour the peppers in portions. Boil each part for 7 minutes from the moment of boiling. Once removed from the pan, immediately fill into jars and top up with the marinade. Close and store in a cool place.
