Required products :

200 grams of softened butter
200 grams of powdered sugar
3 lightly beaten eggs
250 grams of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
50 milliliters of milk
125 grams of jam of your choice

Method of preparation :

To make a dessert from the specified quantities of products, you will need a suitable form of pudding with a volume of 1.2 liters. Grease it lightly with oil and pour marmalade into it.
Using a food processor, beat the butter with the sugar, then add the lightly beaten eggs.
Add baking powder and baking soda to the sifted flour, pour in the milk and combine the two mixtures.
Pour the resulting dough into the form on marmalade and cover with baking paper. Tie with a suitable string to go around the dish. Then place it in a saucepan of water, the liquid should reach the middle of the pudding form.
The dessert is boiled over low heat, it should simmer slightly until it hardens. When this happens, remove from the pan and allow to cool.
You can serve the pudding, topped with liquid cream or covered with marmalade.
