Method of preparation:
Combine all ingredients for the base and mix until homogeneous. Pour the resulting mixture into a sheet covered with a sheet of parchment cake. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the marshmallows until done.
Cool and cut into three. Whip the cream, combine it with the mascarpone and add the powdered sugar. Stir until a homogeneous cream is obtained. Spread each loaf with the milk cream and arrange the strawberries.
Fill a syringe with some of the mixture and decorate the edges of the last tray. Spread with strawberry jam, decorate the sides of the cake with sliced almonds and arrange a few fresh strawberries. Cool, cut and serve!
