Required products :
6 egg yolks
250 milliliters of olive oil (you can use vegetable oil)
0.5 teaspoon curry powder
30 grams of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon table vinegar (9%)
2 teaspoons ready mustard
1 tablespoon sugar
0.5 teaspoon salt
Method of preparation :
Put the yolks in a suitable container, add sugar, salt, mustard, curry and vinegar. Beat until smooth. Without stopping to beat, add olive oil, pouring a thin stream of it. Beat until the required consistency is reached. Finally, add 2 tablespoons of boiling water so the mayonnaise will become thicker. Stir and add the chopped parsley.
