Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of pork ribs
  • 3-4 liters of water
  • 5 grams of cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 onions
  • 50-100 grams of canned corn
  • 2 potatoes
  • 3-4 stalks of fresh chervil
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 1 peeled soft tomato

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil the ribs, strain the broth and bone them. Pour the liquid into a saucepan, add a tea cup of water, salt and season with cumin, black pepper, chopped parsley and chervil.

Put the corn, chop the meat, onion and potatoes and add to the dish. Bring to a simmer until tender and serve the soup warm, garnished with diced tomatoes and fresh spices.
