How To Cook Meatballs With Yellow Cheese In Vegetable Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

1 piece chicken breast
1 egg yolk
2 onions
30 milliliters of oil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
pinch of salt
100 grams of yellow cheese
2 grains of cardamom
1 dried lemon
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 carrot
300 grams of minced pork
1/2 teaspoon tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the cheese with a fine grater.

Grind the fillet together with the minced meat, add the yellow cheese, egg yolk, salt and pepper to taste and knead everything.

Form meatballs with wet hands.

Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil.

 

Add the grated carrot, let it simmer for 4 minutes, then pour the tomato sauce, stir and 2 minutes later remove the pan from the heat.

 

Gather the vegetables in one half of the pot and place the meatballs in the free space. Fry them lightly until they turn white.

 

Add the garlic, spices and lemon to the bowl and pour 800 milliliters of boiling water. Allow the meatballs to simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes. Once removed from the heat, let the dish stand under the lid for 5 minutes and then serve.

 

You can supplement with a garnish of your choice or serve it yourself.
