How To Cook Meatballs Wrapped In Batter With Tomato Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 450 grams of minced beef
  • 1/4 teaspoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 200 grams of pizza dough
  • 1 teaspoon marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ripe mozzarella (grated)
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic - pre-pressed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian spices

Method of preparation :

Knead the minced meat with parsley, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Form medium meatballs and fry them on all sides until ready.

Tear off a small piece of dough and stretch it with your fingers. Spread with 1 teaspoon of marinara sauce, put mozzarella and place a meatball on top. Wrap it with the dough and place in a pan. Wrap all the meatballs in the same way.

In the melted butter, add the crushed garlic, salt and Italian spice. Spread the resulting cakes with garlic oil and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Wait 5-10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with marinara sauce.
