Learn how to cook "Melon puree with honey and tarragon syrup". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
2 kilograms of melon
1/4 teaspoon cream
2 tablespoons honey
4 teaspoons lemon juice
pinch of salt
For syrup:
4 stalks of tarragon
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3/4 tea cup of water
3/4 teaspoon sugar
Method of preparation:
Mix the melon, cream, honey, lemon juice and a pinch of salt, beat with a blender until smooth. Then strain through a fine sieve and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, make the syrup. Mix sugar and water. Cook, stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved and the liquid has evaporated to 2/3 cup of tea (about 7 minutes). Remove from the heat and add the tarragon. Pour into a bowl and leave for an hour in the refrigerator. Then beat the syrup, tarragon and lemon juice until smooth with a blender. Cool. Just before serving, the syrup is stirred.
Distribute the melon puree in bowls, cups or other suitable containers. Drizzle with "sauce", garnish with tarragon and serve with slices of melon.
