How To Cook Melted Cheese Soup With Mushrooms And Broccoli - Recipe

Required products :

5 - 7 mushrooms
about 200 grams of melted cheese
200 grams of broccoli (fresh or frozen according to the season)
1-2 potatoes
1 carrot
salt to taste
oil

Preparation :
Cut the mushrooms into tiles.


Fry them for 5 - 10 minutes in hot fat.


Grate a carrot and fry it (separately).


Divide the broccoli into small inflorescences. If you use frozen, defrost a little beforehand to make it easier to cut.


Cut the potatoes into small cubes.


Put a pot of water on the stove. When it boils, add salt and pour the prepared products into it. Let boil for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, grate the melted cheese.


Add it to the soup and leave it on the stove until the cheese melts (about 5 minutes).
The dish is ready. You can serve with dried dill and toast.
