Necessary products
 
For swamps:
 
1 teaspoon yogurt
1 cup of jam without seeds and pits of your choice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
2 teaspoons flour
 
For cream:
 
400 milliliters of fresh milk
150 grams of sugar
350 grams of butter
5 tablespoons flour
 
Method of preparation :
 
Mix the eggs with the sugar, add the jam, yoghurt, and finally the flour and soda. Mix everything and let the dough stand for 30 minutes. Divide it into 3 parts. Its consistency should be liquid like cream.
 
Bake 3 marshmallows at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes each. Check readiness with a toothpick.
 
It's time to make the cream.
 
Pour the milk into a suitable container and add the flour. Then add the sugar and beat with a blender so that no lumps form.
 
Put on low heat and let the mixture boil until thickened, stirring constantly. 3-4 minutes after boiling, remove the pan from the heat and wait for its contents to cool completely.
Then add the butter (at room temperature) and beat until fluffy foam forms.
 
Spread the cooled marshmallows with the prepared cream and arrange them on top of each other. Cover the top and sides of the cake with the milk-butter fluffy combination and store the dessert overnight in the refrigerator.
