Beat the milk, eggs and half a tablespoon of oil, add the flour and salt.
Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick pan. Pour about 1/4 tea cup of the dough into the pan and spread on the bottom. Bake for 3 minutes on each side. Remove and allow to cool. Repeat with the remaining dough until you have made all the pancakes.
Mix 2 cups of cheese with chicken, sour cream, green onions, jalapeno pepper, garlic, pepper and cumin. Put 1/2 tea cup of the resulting mixture in the center of each pancake.
Fold the edges towards the center. Arrange the bundles with the ends down in a small pan, sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Place in the oven for 20-30 minutes until the cheese is browned (at 170 degrees).
