Required products :

  • 1 pie dough (homemade or from the store)
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 tea cup of fresh milk
  • 120 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/2 tea cup mix grated cheese
  • 2 teaspoons taco spice
  • 1 teaspoon frozen onions and peppers
  • 4 slices of bacon, fried
  • 220 grams of canned tomatoes and peppers (mix)
  • 2 tablespoons green pickled peppers
  • coriander and hot sauce for serving

Method of preparation :

Spread the dough in a ceramic pan, making a board on the walls of the dish.

Beat the eggs, milk, cream cheese until combined as much as possible.

Add the grated cheese, season with salt and pepper and so the spice.

Add canned tomatoes and peppers.

Pour over the dough and add the frozen peppers, onions and finely chopped bacon.

If you use hot sauce, make a mesh on top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until done. Serve with coriander.
