Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of pork ribs
  • 500 grams of chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • canned large white corn
  • 2 hot peppers
  • 1 tablespoon paprika

 

for garnish

 

  • 4-5 chopped radishes
  • 1/4 chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 1 diced onion
  • half a bunch of parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 lemons, cut in half

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and boil the ribs and wings. Strain the broth and bone them. In another bowl, pour the clear liquid, add the meat, corn, bay leaf, oregano, red pepper and hot peppers. Let the soup simmer on low heat for an hour. Serve warm, garnished with chopped vegetables and lemons.
