Required products :
200 milliliters of fresh milk
50 milliliters of water
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon instant coffee (optional)
70 grams dark chocolate
Preparation :
Cut the chocolate into small pieces and place it in a fireproof dish.
Pour water and milk into a small saucepan, add sugar, cocoa and instant coffee (optional). Place the dish on the hob (at medium temperature) and stir thoroughly to avoid lumps. The mixture should boil, then remove from the heat.
Pour the liquid into the bowl with the chocolate, let it melt, stirring with a wooden spoon. A cream should be obtained.
When cool enough, distribute in an ice cube tray and freeze.
Ready-made ice cubes can be added to a glass of milk.
