Required products :
4 eggs
500 milliliters of fresh milk
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 cup high-fat cream
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
90 milliliters of cognac or rum
Method of preparation :
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks until white. Without stopping the process, gradually add 1/3 cup of sugar and beat until completely dissolved. Then pour the milk, cream, cognac or rum, add the nutmeg and mix everything until smooth.
Beat the egg whites separately until a thick foam forms, add the remaining sugar and beat again until dissolved.
Mix the egg whites with the milk combination, stir and put in the fridge.
Pour the cocktail into a glass, garnish with a cinnamon stick, grated lemon peel, ground nutmeg, chocolate shavings or as you see fit.
