How To Cook Milk Porridge From Wheat Bran With Garlic, Onion And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

200 grams of wheat bran
200 milliliters of milk
200 milliliters of broth of your choice (you can dissolve a cube)
100 grams of yellow cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 medium onion
1 clove garlic
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel onions and garlic, then chop finely.

 

Stew them in butter until soft and transparent. Do not fry them, you can leave the onion and slightly raw.

 

Pour the milk and broth into the bowl with the onion and garlic, bring the mixture to a boil.

 

Then add the bran, close the jar with a lid and leave for 3 minutes.

 

Then add the grated yellow cheese.

 

 

Season with ground or crushed black pepper to taste.

 

Stir.

 

And serve the porridge immediately until the cheese is firm.
