Necessary products:

 

  • 500 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 300 grams of yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon white flour
  • 100 grams of grated cheese
  • 5 marinated red peppers
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 50 grams of butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat the butter in a saucepan and saute the finely chopped red peppers. Add both types of flour and dilute with milk. Add the whipped yogurt and stir until thickened.

Season with salt, pepper and cheese. Reduce heat and cook for 10-15 minutes. Cool, sprinkle the dish with finely chopped fresh parsley and serve.
