Required products :

1 liter of fresh milk

4 egg yolks

5 tablespoons potato starch

3 teaspoons gelatin

4 tablespoons sugar

vanilla

grated chocolate and walnuts for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Pour hot water over the gelatin and allow it to swell. Beat the yolks lightly and add the starch, 100 milliliters of milk, mix well with a wire whisk so that no lumps form. Pour the remaining milk into a saucepan, add the sugar, vanilla and put on low heat until the time of boiling, but do not allow to boil. Then add the gelatin and stir until dissolved. Then pour in a thin stream of starch with the yolks and stir vigorously for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool. When this happens, distribute the cream in suitable cups or bowls, cover them with foil and store in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Sprinkle the finished pudding with grated chocolate. You can use coconut shavings, nuts or whatever you prefer.
