How To Cook Milk Rice Pudding With Chocolate And Cinnamon - Recipe

Necessary products:
 
1 teaspoon boiled rice
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons fresh milk
2-3 tablespoons butter
3-4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
grated chocolate for sprinkling
 
Method of preparation :
 
Beat the eggs and sugar until thick. Add it to the rice and pour in the milk. Distribute the resulting mixture in suitable molds, pre-greased with oil and sprinkled with granulated sugar.
Prepare the pudding in a water bath (about 15-20 minutes).
Once cool, sprinkle with cinnamon and grated chocolate.
You can also decorate the dessert with jam, fruit syrup or sour cream.
