How To Cook Milk Salad With Smoked Salmon And Cream Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • 100 grams of unsalted butter, softened
  • 150 grams of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

 

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a spoon to distribute evenly.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Serve the salad with freshly baked bread and cucumber slices.
  • Another option is to use a muffin tin and "dress" the salad in smoked salmon. Cool overnight before serving.
  • Store the remaining amount in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, as then the intense smoked taste of the salmon will change.
