1. To boil the milk faster , put some sugar in it.
2. To prevent the white liquid from escaping the cooking vessel, grease the edge of the pan with oil.
3. To keep the milk longer in the winter, put 1/2 tablespoon of sugar per liter of the product before boiling, and in the summer - soda on the tip of a knife.
4. If you do not want foam to form during cooking, stir the milk more often before it boils, and when it does, cool quickly. Do not cook for more than 3 minutes to better preserve the vitamins.
5. The milk will not burn if you boil it in a thick-bottomed pot that you have previously rinsed with water.
6. If you still burn the milk, you can get rid of the unpleasant odor that has soaked up the white liquid, pouring it into another pot. Then place the pot in a bowl of water, add a pinch of salt and shake gently.
7. Milk will not sour if you put a horseradish leaf in it.
8. Milk absorbs aromas quickly, so store it in a container with a closed lid.
9. The cream is better whipped if you add a little raw protein.
10. To remove the sour taste of the curd , wrap it in gauze (two layers), roll into a ball and twist the ends tightly. Place on a cutting board, put another board on top and some weight on it. Leave for 2-3 hours.
11. Too sour cottage cheese can acquire a soft and delicate taste if you mix it with equal amounts of milk and leave for an hour. Then drain, putting in gauze and then in a colander. Let the milk drain and squeeze the curd.
