Necessary products:

50 grams of fresh spinach

250 grams of potatoes

130 grams of carrots

80 grams of onions

1 s. l. giant onion (Noodle)

150 ml of fresh milk

500 ml broth (vegetables)

170 grams of cream

80 grams of short hard pasta

70 grams of butter

150 grams of grated yellow cheese

White bread

salt to taste

spices (white pepper, black pepper, nutmeg, dried dill)

Method of preparation:

Chop the spinach and both onions. Cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes. In a deep saucepan, melt 50 grams of butter and put the chopped vegetables, fry for 3 minutes. Add the broth, then the milk, spices, salt. Put the pasta, mix gently, close the pan with a lid and leave for half an hour on low heat.

Meanwhile, make croutons from the bread: cut it into cubes and fry in the remaining butter. Add spices to taste (salt, pepper, dried dill, etc.).

Just before serving the soup, sprinkle with grated cheese, add the cream and stir. Pour on a plate and sprinkle each portion with croutons and yellow cheese on them.

The soup is served while everything is hot.
