Learn how to cook "Béchamel milk soup with mushrooms and onions". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
300 grams of mushrooms
1 liter of milk
500 milliliters of broth of your choice
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 onion
125 milliliters of liquid cream a
small bunch of parsley
oil
pepper
salt
Method of preparation :
Finely chop the onion, fry it in butter until golden. Then add the flour and let it cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Then gradually pour in the milk, stirring thoroughly.
Pour the broth, add the chopped mushrooms, season and cook the soup for about 20 minutes.
Just before removing the pan from the heat, pour the cream and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
