How To Cook Milk Soup With Potatoes, Minced Meat And Spinach - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 250 grams of finely chopped minced meat
  • olive oil for frying
  • salt, pepper, lemon juice
  • 50 grams of fresh baby spinach
  • 400 grams of yogurt
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 50 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 50 grams of toasted bacon
  • 2 egg yolks

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour olive oil into a saucepan and fry finely chopped onions. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and add them together with the minced meat. Stir and season with salt and pepper to taste. Wash the spinach and add to the dish.

Pour the milk mixed with a liter of water and cook the soup over low heat for 40 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the yolks with the yogurt and lemon juice. Beat the mixture and gradually add it to the soup.

Stir and remove from the heat. Sprinkle with toasted bacon and grated cheese. Distribute in bowls and serve the soup warm.
