Required products :

2 teaspoons fresh milk

500 grams of cottage cheese

400 grams of sour cream

40 grams of gelatin

3/4 teaspoon sugar

2 tablespoons vanilla sugar

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

 

Method of preparation :

Pour gelatin with fresh milk and leave for 1 - 1.5 hours to swell. Then put it on low heat and let it dissolve completely with constant stirring. Add the sugar (plain and vanilla), stir until melted and cool the mixture to room temperature.

Pass the curd through a sieve or puree with a blender. Add the cream to the gelatin mass, then the curd. Mix everything well. Divide the resulting mixture into two parts. Add the cocoa to one, stir.

Take a suitable form, pour the light layer on the bottom and store in the refrigerator to harden (you can put in the chamber for 15 - 20 minutes).

When the base is firm, spread the cocoa mixture on it and return to the refrigerator.

The dessert is ready to eat when it is completely firm. You can cut it into pieces and decorate with fruit or chocolate.
