Required products :

500 grams of heavy cream

400 milliliters of fresh milk

150 grams of sugar

3 egg yolks

vanilla stick

25 grams of gelatin

Method of preparation :

Pour the gelatin into 150 milliliters of cold boiled water and wait as long as indicated on the package.

Heat the milk, mix the yolks with the sugar and add the warm milk to them, stir. Put the mixture in a water bath and heat until it starts to thicken (about 30 minutes).

Cut a stick of vanilla and remove the seeds. Add it to the combination with the yolks, now add the vanilla sugar, if you are going to use one. Next, the gelatin and heat until it is completely dissolved. Remove the mixture from the heat and cool. Add the cream to the yolks, stir. Distribute the dessert in suitable molds, cups or bowls and refrigerate for 24 hours.
