Cut the pumpkin into cubes, soak the dried apricots in warm water for 20 minutes, then cut as well.
Wash the millet several times under running water, pour into a suitable container and pour two teaspoons of water (ratio 1: 2). Add salt to taste and put on medium heat. Add the pumpkin and cook until the products are ready, without closing with a lid.
When the porridge is ready, remove it from the heat, add the apricots and butter, close with a lid and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with chia seeds and sweeten with honey if desired.
