Method of preparation:
To prepare the stuffing, put all the ingredients in a saucepan, pour 2-3 tablespoons of water, stir and bring to a boil. Reduce power to low and cook for another 25 minutes until the liquid evaporates. Cool and puree the mixture, set aside and mix the sugar with the cinnamon. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the powdered sugar and water, make a dough. Knead it longer to make it elastic and soft. Roll out the peels, cut into circles using a ring and distribute the fruit puree in the middle of each form. Fold in half so that crescents form and press the edges.
Heat the oil and fry in an oil bath for a minute, drain the excess fat on kitchen paper and roll in cinnamon sugar. Serve the pies warm, garnished with ice cream or chocolate.
