Fruit mini pizzas garnished with almond butter, chocolate chips and crispy pistachios. A fun breakfast or a healthy dessert with significantly fewer carbohydrates than classic plain biscuits, making them a better choice for something sweet.

Required products :

  • 1 large apple, cut into 8 thin round slices
  • 8 teaspoons almond oil (or tahini of your choice)
  • 8 teaspoons mini chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 4 teaspoons roasted pistachios, chopped

Method of preparation :

Spread each slice of apple with 1 teaspoon of almond oil and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of chocolate chips, 1/2 teaspoon of pistachios and 1/2 teaspoon of honey. Serve.
