Many people do not like porridge. It is usually drizzled with melted red pepper oil. Of course, such a dish can hardly impress. But porridge with its relatively neutral taste gives a huge field for expression when using it, so give it another chance and prepare these casserole dishes.

Required products :

  • 5 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 80 grams of butter
  • 250 grams of porridge
  • 100 grams of parmesan + more to sprinkle
  • 300 grams of taleggio cheese (you can replace it with another aromatic cheese such as gorgonzola), cut into 8 pieces

for filling:

  • 125 grams of butter
  • 1/2 bunch sage

Method of preparation :

Heat the broth and after boiling, add salt. Pour the porridge into it and stir vigorously until the mixture thickens. Remove from the heat and add the grated Parmesan cheese to melt.

Divide the combination into 8 small fireproof bowls. Put a slice of cheese in each, pressing it lightly into the mixture. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese each serving.

Bake on high heat for 6-8 minutes, until a crispy Parmesan crust is obtained and the soft cheese in the center is melted.

Meanwhile, heat the butter and fry the sage leaves in it until they become chips. Drain them on paper.

Drizzle the small casserole with the aromatic oil and serve with a few leaves of sage chips.
