Necessary products:

 

  • 200 grams of zucchini
  • 50-70 grams of fresh peppers (green and red)
  • 30 grams of fresh carrots, sliced
  • 2-3 peeled tomatoes
  • olive oil for stuffing
  • salt, black and red pepper
  • 3 eggs + 1 at the end
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese or parmesan

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash all vegetables well and dry them. Cut the zucchini into cubes and fry in hot fat. Add finely chopped peppers, carrots, onions and tomatoes.

 

Season with salt, black and red pepper.

 

Stir and add the eggs, stirring vigorously after each. Divide the dish in a casserole, sprinkle with cheese, beat an egg and put a lid.

 

Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool, serve and enjoy the taste.
