How To Cook Mistakes We Make In The Kitchen - Part One - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Mistakes we make in the kitchen - Part One". Delicious recipe.

Why doesn't the dough rise?

There are two main reasons why the dough does not rise. One is the use of old yeast, and the other is hidden in the water.
When buying yeast, choose the yeast produced as soon as possible. Of course, do not use already open packets.

As for water, and more precisely tap water, it contains a large amount of chlorine (even if it is filtered), which prevents fermentation.

Should we eat the cake immediately after baking?

Imagine an irresistible aroma of freshly baked cupcakes in the kitchen. Usually, we either don't wait for them to cool down at all, or we eat them warm.
This is actually a mistake. First: when cutting the hot cake, its shape is spoiled. Second: when the delicacy is hot, you can't fully taste it. So just be patient!

With or without a lid to cook the potatoes?

When vegetables are cooked under a lid, their taste, aroma and useful properties are preserved. In addition, they cook faster.
However, when we do not have the opportunity to observe the process, it is more practical to remove the lid to avoid damage :)
