  • 1 teaspoon salt and baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 onion - chopped
  • 150 grams of grated ripe mozzarella

Method of preparation :

Blanch the spinach and strain it.

Knead a liquid dough, first mixing the flour with salt and baking powder. Add the meat, eggs and milk. Add spinach, onion and mozzarella. Mix all products well.

Pour the mixture into a pan (with baking paper) and put in a hot oven - at 190 degrees. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

The pastry is ready when it pierces a golden tan and when checked with a stick, it comes out dry from the dough.

Cool completely before slicing and serving - spinach pastries are tastier when cold, so don't neglect this step.
