2 parts espresso
1 part chocolate syrup
5 parts fresh or condensed milk (whipped to a froth)
ice
Method of preparation:
Crush the ice and put it in a glass. Beat the milk, pour it into the glass with the ice. Then mix the chocolate syrup with the coffee and add the resulting mixture very slowly to the milk and ice, using only the sides of the cup.
The mocha is ready. Take a straw and enjoy the delicious drink.
