Required products :

1 teaspoon water
3/4 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon rum
1 1/2 teaspoon sprite or soda
1-2 lime
fresh mint leaves (about 20)

Method of preparation :

First make mint sugar syrup. To do this, pour the water into a saucepan, add sugar and mint leaves. Place on the hob and stir periodically until the liquid boils. Then increase the temperature to maximum and cook the syrup for about a minute.
Reduce the heat and turn it off 3 minutes later. Allow the syrup to cool. Then strain it and you can throw away the mint leaves.

Pour the sparkling water or sprite into a suitable container and stir with a spoon to "break" the sparkling bubbles.
Squeeze the juice from both limes and pour it over the sparkling water, add the mint syrup and rum.
Divide the resulting drink into freezer tins and place in the freezer. When the liquid starts to harden, put ice cream sticks so you can taste the refreshing treat more easily.

Enjoy your meal!
