How To Cook Moussaka In A Pan Without Toppings With Eggs And Spices - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Moussaka on a frying pan without filling with eggs and spices". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 250-300 grams of minced meat
  • salt, pepper and cumin to taste
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • a pinch of savory
  • 10 grams of red pepper
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 150-200 milliliters of water
  • 1 onion
  • 3 eggs
  • yogurt on request
  • olive oil or butter for frying

Method of preparation:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. If they are fresh, clean them and cut them into flakes. Heat olive oil or butter in a deep frying pan, fry the minced meat and onions, season with salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, chopped parsley, savory, tomato and sugar so as not to sour.

Add the potatoes, stir the mixture and pour the liquid. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat until the liquid is reduced.

Beat the eggs and stew again for another 5-7 minutes. Cool the dish, spread on a plate and serve warm, garnished with yogurt if desired.

Bon Appetit!
