Wash the chicken livers well under running water, then boil them in salted water, drain it and leave the offal to cool.
Wash the mushrooms and cut into large pieces. Boil the eggs hard (at least 10 minutes), cool, peel and chop finely.
Peel an onion and saturate it, fry it in oil until transparent.
Add the mushrooms to the onion, add salt and fry over medium heat until the mushrooms soften. Remove to a plate, trying to separate as much fat as possible so that the salad does not get greasy. Allow the mixture to cool.
Pour the eggs and chopped chicken livers into the salad bowl or other deep suitable dish. Add the already cooled mushrooms with onion, mayonnaise and add a pinch of salt. Stir.
