How To Cook Mushroom Salad With Spinach And Prosciutto - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Mushroom salad with spinach and prosciutto". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 75 grams of spinach
  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 6 pieces of prosciutto
  • 1/2 teaspoon balsamic sauce


Method of preparation :

Cut the mushrooms into slices and mix with the balsamic sauce. Cover with cling film or close the container with a tight plastic lid and leave the mushrooms to marinate for an hour.

Grill the prosciutto (one minute on each side until the pieces are golden and crispy), leave to cool and cut.

Then add together with the spinach to the mushrooms and mix well so that all the products are covered with the marinade.

The salad is a suitable addition to pork or lamb meatballs, as well as to any meat dishes.

In the marinade you can add more chili peppers (chopped fresh or dried, powdered).
