Required products :

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons boiling water
  • 30 grams of dried mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons butter (about 50 grams)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 tea cup of wheat
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 12 mushroom mushrooms, cut into slices
  • 6 teaspoons vegetable broth (preferably homemade)

Method of preparation :

Soak the mushrooms in hot water.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the onions, carrots and celery, seasoned with salt and pepper.

When soft, add the wheat and stir, let the grains bake for about 2-3 minutes.

Add the flour and stir to stick to the wheat and vegetables. Put the mushrooms and the liquid in which they were, add the mushrooms. Pour the broth and cook until the wheat is ready, about 20-25 minutes.
