To prepare all these dishes, it is very important to know how much and how to cook them correctly, because each type of mushroom is cooked differently. Moss mushrooms have an excellent taste, light fruity aroma and are highly valued by connoisseurs.
Before cooking mushrooms, pay special attention to cleaning them: carefully remove all forest debris, needles, leaves that could stick to mushrooms. Rinse the mushrooms well under running water.
Be sure to cut the large mushrooms into several pieces before cooking, and leave the small ones as they are. Also, before cooking, pour prepared mushrooms with boiling water and leave for 5-7 minutes, and then drain the water. Boil mushrooms for 25-30 minutes in lightly salted water over moderate heat.
Recipes with moss mushroom
Step 1
For work, we need a saucepan, a colander, a knife, mushrooms - 300 g, water - 1.5 liters, salt - 1 tbsp. l.
Step 2
Peel the mushrooms, rinse under running water and cut into medium pieces.
Step 3
Pour the mushrooms with boiling water and leave for 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the water.
Step 5
Bring fresh water to a boil in a saucepan, add salt and put the prepared mushrooms. Cook over moderate heat for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Drain the decoction. The flyers are ready to go.
